I'm doing great. Just wanted to share about Elder Richard G. Scott. It was the first ever live broadcasted MTC Devotional to all the MTC's!! It was the most amazing thing ever! The spirit was there... right when we saw him. He talked on Prayer. It was something I needed to hear for a long time. The thing that stuck in my mind the most was: When he talked about answers to prayers.
First: Peace, comfort, and acknowledgment
Second: A feeling of wrong that isn't right
Third: The hardest one of all... No answer
This one is the most difficult. When we receive no answer he wants us to proceed. To ACT! He has faith in us to make the right choices! He knows us better than anyone else. He only wants us to succeed and what is best for us. He will NEVER push us too far. And it was exactly what I needed to hear at this time in my life. He wants to hear from us.... and never rush through a prayer. Elder Scott then blessed us with an apostolic blessing. He said, " invoke upon you those who are learning a language,, you will learn the language. You can have the Gift of Tongues according to your faith and receive the guidance that you need through your study and prayer based on your needs". He said it TWICE!! It meant so much!! I love you!!
